Youth Centre
Located next to the main Community HUB, the Murwillumbah Youth Centre is home to multiple services and activities. A relaxed, welcoming space for young people to participate in activities, learn skills and have fun while building support networks the community.
Services and Activities
After school youth activity group
Free Youth Group for young people aged 10 to 18 years. Activities, cooking, outside games, computing, craft.
Mondays – 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Thursdays – 3.30pm to 5.30pm

Headspace
Headspace provides free support for 12-25 year olds going through a tough time.
Our “no wrong door” policy means that no young person will be turned away without being supported to access services in or outside of headspace. Services can be accessed with or without a formal referral.
A Youth Access Clinician is available every Monday and Tuesday.

Distance education
Distance education is an equity program for NSW students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school.

The Family Centre
Early Years Network
Early Years Network is a community development project for the Murwillumbah (2484) region funded by Murwillumbah Communities for Children, aimed at supporting early childhood initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of families with children aged 0–6yrs.
