Murwillumbah Community Centre
The Murwillumbah Community Centre Inc (MCC) is a centrally located not-for-profit, community-based organisation which provides a diverse mix of social support services and facilities for the Tweed shire community, with a particular focus on Murwillumbah and its surrounding localities.
MCC is committed to the principles of equity, access, participation and community development, and is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for the local community that celebrates diversity and encourages health and wellbeing, social interaction, respect, and the sharing of knowledge and joy.
The Community Centre operates from four sites all situated in the beautiful Knox Park precinct
Community HUB
Murwillumbah Community Centre provides general, financial, legal, tenancy and other services.
Nullum House
Drop in and social inclusion centre, providing free meal programs, activities and homeless support.
Youth Centre
We deliver and manage a range of high quality youth programs and activities from our youth space.
Food HUB
Free and low cost food through the community pantry, cooking classes, training and skill development.
Indigenous Services
We offer Aboriginal family support, Kids Caring For Country After School Program and more.
Venue Hire

Acknowledgement of Country
Murwillumbah Community Centre wish to acknowledge the Ngandowal and Minyungbal speaking people of the Bundjalung Country, in particular the Goodjinburra, Tul-gi-gin, and Moorung - Moobah clans, as being the traditional owners and custodians of the land and waters within the Murwillumbah and Tweed Shire where we live, work and grow.
Their enduring connection to country has provided care and shelter for countless generations. In the spirit of this deep connection, we commit to providing a safe space for all, offering support, dignity and respect.
We pay our respects to the contribution of Bundjalung Elders both past and present, and to the enduring wisdom they offer. We acknowledge the Torres Strait Islander, South Sea Islander community of the Tweed and all Aboriginal people that call Bundjalung Country home.
