Our welfare / crisis support service offers case managed support for anyone who finds them self homeless or at risk of being homeless.
We offer intensive support by wrapping services around the person / family to give them a better chance of achieving permanent housing, sustaining it and meeting their other ongoing needs.
We work with a range of essential community services to meet the needs of people with complex needs such as – Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Legal Aid, Housing Services, Centrelink, etc.
We offer assistance with food, swags, blankets, sleeping bags, clothing – if we don’t have it, we will refer you to a local service that may be able to assist you.

Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm – Friday 9am to 12pm
